href=\"https:\/\/hexagram.ca\/en\/recurring-activities\/#demo\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/hexagram.ca\/en\/recurring-activities\/#demo\" target=\"_blank\">DEMO<\/a> component of Hexagram Network's programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It comprises the two following streams:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Residency Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization of a group has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">General Terms and Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The support offered by Hexagram consists of equipment loans, space preparation and basic technical assistance. It does not include ongoing support from staff. Additional costs for intensive training or coaching will be charged to applicants according to the salary rates of personnel effective at UQAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Needs should be assessed and planned as much as possible with the help of the technical coordinator before an application is submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Propositions received after the deadline may be considered and accepted under certain development of research-creation projects of members, particularly for projects in their experimentation, implementation, dissemination and documentation phases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize the sharing of resources available at the UQAM site amongst members of the Network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognize and promote the research-creation activities of the Hexagram Network and its site at UQAM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility criteria<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research-creation projects submitted by members must align with Hexagram\u2019s <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hexagram.ca\/en\/14703-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">mission and program<\/a> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projects submitted by <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-highlights-color\">students or collaborators members of Hexagram must be supervised<\/mark><\/em> by a co-investigator<strong> <\/strong>of the Network (to see a list click <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hexagram.ca\/en\/co-investigators\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-highlights-color\">supervision confirmation must be submited by the co-investigator<\/mark><\/em><strong> <\/strong>supervising the residency before the end of the deadline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-highlights-color\"><em>Student members' projects are eligible only<\/em><\/mark> if conducted within the process of research-creation leading to a thesis or research activities related to their study programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criteria for project assessment<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevance in relation to the mission and programming of <em>Hexagram Network<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The completeness, consistency and clarity of the proposal and project needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feasibility according to the proposed timeline, skills involved, resources requested, and funding or support already obtained towards the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of co-investigator members, collaborators and students involved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The impact and outreach of the project in the academic or cultural milieu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The projects\u2019 contribution to promote a research and creation environment of equity, diversity and inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specific terms and conditions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The duration of residencies is of <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-highlights-color\"><em>a maximum of<\/em><\/mark> <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-highlights-color\">two consecutive weeks<\/mark><\/em> during the semester when the call is launched (12 consecutive days from the first Monday to the second Friday).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The same project may be submitted to more than one call for residency in<strong> <\/strong>subsequent semesters, providing that the terms and conditions of previous residencies were consistently met. A new form must be filled every semester of additional residencies pertaining to one project and must include a report of the projects\u2019 progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An application may also be submitted in advance for the two semesters following the current call if a production deadline or presentation activity <em>has already been confirmed<\/em> <em>in writing<\/em> (this confirmation must be attached to the form).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In order to manage the workload of technical staff, occupancy of premises and sharing of equipment, the residency\u2019s schedule will be determined by coordinators, taking into account as much as possible the dates proposed by applicants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-highlights-color\">outreach activity<\/mark><\/em> presented to the scientific community or the public <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-highlights-color\">should conclude shows, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, training, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize the sharing of resources available at the UQAM site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote research-creation activities of the Hexagram Network and its site at UQAM by supporting opportunities for members to meet with the academic and cultural communities, as well as the general public.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5
